When you work for one of London’s leading Agile companies it is hard not to get inspired by the scrum processes. Inspired or brainwashed your choice, but I adopted some of the scrum processes when I was the Office Manager.

To have daily stand ups on my own does sound a bit strange, even though me, myself and I do have some really good ideas! But to have a weekly planning game on what to get done each week is pretty useful. I find estimating each task with story points is pushing it a litt...

Contiki launches a video competition site in time for Movember

Contiki, the global tours operator for 18-35 year olds has once again teamed up with Unboxed Consulting to launch two new sites: a video competition site and Contiki Cares. The competition site engages travellers and encourages them to share activities though videos, photos and stories. Fellow travellers then choose and vote for the best entry. Fittingly Movember is the first competition and includes both real and faux mo entries (for the ladies) with the closing date of 10 December.

Unboxed launches a new website with MySchoolDirect for M&S

MySchoolDirect specialises in partnering with vendors of children's clothing to raise funds for schools in the UK. When they needed a web development agency to design and develop a bespoke school uniform website with M&S, they came to Unboxed Consulting. MySchooldirect wanted to work with Ruby on Rails web developers, and also liked Unboxed Consulting's Agile way of working.
